So does re-stacking matter much? I re-stacked this post trying to give it a bit of a boost, but I kind of wonder if there's a point to playing that game. I figure you've got some preliminary secret numbers on re-stacking or, failing that, a good one-liner.
Oof, re-stacking is so new, we're not sure how it all works. It seems like the notes feature on Substack is in super early stages so there is little data yet on how well it boosts things. But! I think (hope) it certainly can't hurt.
Thank you for sharing—it must have been hard. The open-heartedness you all bring to the community you’re building is even more astounding considering what you’re dealing with on a daily basis.
Not to minimize, but since you are a person who seems to appreciate humor, there is a comedian named Tim Dillon who was making a joke about Russian political defectors in NYC (who get 60 days stay in a hotel) still complain about the food. Meaning the food is so bad, that even for where they come from, and the horrible reality of war and pogroms, they prefer not eat the pop tarts here, or vegetables, or meat....its a joke, of course, but you know...
*hugs*
Thank you for sharing this. It’s a perspective we don’t often hear about.
Thank you for writing this, and thanks for all the work you all do for Chillsubs.
Wow. I didn't know any of this. I appreciate you even more now.
